This is my attempt to let my friends and family understand what I actually do. Hopefully some folks will find this interesting and maybe find it within themselves to give this triathlon thing a try. It changed my life and maybe it can do the same for you.

Where's the logo? I can't see it, I must be blind.
When you post a link on your blog, next time just type "Jack & Adams", then highlight the text and click on the little icon that looks like a little Earth globe with the horizontal figure 8 looking symbol on top. That it the "link" icon...from there you can type in the link www.jackandadams.com and your text will be a hyperlink!
